MANDATORY MATERIAL with every deal plus any other items requested by an Officer of Turner:
- Signed Bill of Sale by Buyer(s) and Seller
- Signed Odometer Statement by Buyer(s) and Seller
- Signed English Buyer's Guide
- Signed Spanish Buyer's Guide [if Buyer(s) is Spanish]
- Signed Disclosure of Discount form by Buyer(s) and Seller
- Signed Interpreter form
- Signed Wage Assignment by all Signing Parties
- Copy of Driver's License (Buyer, Co-Buyer, Guarantor) - If no DL is available, Customer(s) must provide valid picture ID
- Copy of current paycheck stubs of Buyer, Co-Buyer, Guarantor
- Proof of Home Address on all parties- utility bill (ex: phone bill, gas bill, electric bill) or a copy of a lease are acceptable forms
- Proof of Full Coverage Insurance if balance is $3,000.00 or over, unless waived by Turner Acceptance Corp.
- 5 References with names, addresses, and phone numbers for all signing parties
- Copy of an Application for Vehicle Title and Registration showing Turner Acceptance as the Holder of Lien
Only One Buyer
Buyer signs contract on the Buyer Signature Line and signs Wage Assignment. Buyer appears on the Title.
Two Buyers
Both customers are shown as Buyers at the top of the contract. Each one signs individually on separate lines for the Buyer Signature. Each one signs the Wage Assignment. Both must sign the Joint Ownership Statement. Both names must appear on the Title.
Buyer and Guarantor
Only Buyer's name is shown as Buyer at the top of the contract. Buyer signs
contract on Buyer Signature Line. Buyer signs Wage Assignment. Guarantor's name
is not shown as Buyer. Guarantor signs on Guarantor Signature line. Guarantor
signs Explanation of Guarantor's Obligation form. Guarantor also signs Wage
Assignment. Only Buyer appears on the Title.
Miscellaneous
All Buyers and Sellers must sign Disclosure of Discount and Buyer Representation of Cash Price to Turner Acceptance and Dealer Interpreter Form.
If the automobile is rebuilt or if title to the vehicle is otherwise 'branded' (ie: salvaged, odometer discrepancy, etc.), it must be disclosed in the Bill of Sale and signed by Buyer(s). Proper rebuilt disclosure papers must be signed by Buyer(s) or check will not be issued. If title from Secretary of State classifies auto as a rebuilt and no proper disclosures have been provided, the CONTRACT MUST BE BOUGHT BACK BY DEALER.
